The Siaya Youth Football Tournament is the largest grassroots sports event in the county's history. Every sub-ward sends their best team. Every family cheers. Every match tells the story of a community united.
But this isn't just about sport. Alongside every match, we run talent scouting sessions with professional club representatives, entrepreneurship clinics for young coaches and sports administrators, and life-skills workshops that turn football pitches into classrooms.

Tournament Format
Four rounds of county-wide competition. Every team gets to play on home soil first. Only the best make it to the Grand Final at Siaya Stadium.
Round 1
48 Teams
Sub-Ward Qualifiers
All 48 sub-ward teams compete in their local group stages. Top 2 teams from each group advance. Played across Siaya, Rarieda, Gem, Ugenya, Ugunja and Bondo sub-counties.
Round 2
24 Teams
Sub-County Semis
Qualifying teams battle through sub-county semi-finals. Matches hosted at sub-county grounds, with broadcast on community radio. The atmosphere is electric.
Round 3
8 Teams
County Quarter-Finals
Top 8 teams from across Siaya County face off in two legs. Home and away format. Results decide who enters the semi-final at the main stadium.
Grand Final
2 Teams
The Championship
The last 2 teams standing compete in the Grand Final at Siaya Stadium - thousands of fans, live entertainment, and the biggest prize in Siaya youth football history.
