Patronage & Ground Action
Siaya Youth Organisation (SYO) patronises and sits on the board of SICOCUSA - Siaya County College and Universities Students' Association. Together with the Siaya Youth Assembly, they represent our hands and feet on the ground—acting as our primary implementation wing.
Our core mandate is to mobilise resources and curate high-impact youth action and programmes aligned with county, national, continental, and global impact strategies. We then train, resource, and enable SICOCUSA and the Siaya Youth Assembly to deploy these initiatives on the front lines.
