Siaya Youth Organisation (SYO) patronises and sits on the board of SICOCUSA (Siaya County College and Universities Students' Association) and partners with the Siaya Youth Assembly. Together, they act as our primary implementation wings—our hands and feet on the ground to deploy programs and actions.
Our mandate is to mobilize resources and curate high-impact youth actions and programs aligned with county, national, continental, and global strategies. We then train, support, and enable SICOCUSA and the Siaya Youth Assembly to deploy these initiatives directly to the front lines.
